回顾09年之川菜
辛香汇和厚味是走平民路线，环境时尚，价格适中，味道也还行，地段好，不火才怪，此类里面麻辣风暴是后来才有的，远没前两家火爆。之外的川菜，基本都得有自己的特色才能脱颖而出，麻辣诱惑环境比较大胆和高调，揽香环境和服务也更高一筹，渝信川菜则是传统川菜里的翘楚。复旦对面的红辣椒则是“为人不食红辣椒，吃遍川菜也枉然”。俏江南不太吃，不作评价，上海最有名的川菜应该就这些了。
上海太大，川菜太多，每个月都有新开的，其他稍微有名气的，或连锁店不少，或味道环境的确有可圈可点之处，吃遍蜀香村，三人行，三顾牛蛙，蜀府，小巴辣子，蜀菜行家，著香，蓉城汇，侬好蛙，来福，川霸王，川域，一鼎，渝乡人家，伶达巷，尝香汇，川国演义以及乱七八糟的香辣蟹总归能见到些让你一见钟情的菜
最近推荐的川菜是四川北路的渝宴川菜，开张两月，食评不错，只要消费满100，200可以1块钱买特色菜..
